Tire Monkey Automotive

The review I have is not of the tire monkey shop but of one of the employees. Her name is Alayna, she had stopped into advance Auto parts just down the street while I was having a problem removing a broken fuse. She came out to the parking lot with the tools that she had on her to attempt to remove the broken fuse, she wasn't successful initially. She stated she had tools at her shop just down the street she would go get them and be back. When she got back she was able to remove the entire fuse, this took about 20 minutes to half an hour. I'm just glad to know that there are people out there who are willing to help and I was able to find one of them. Alayna should be recognized for her efforts. It was truly appreciated!

Great people who do great work and don't gouge the pockets for repairs like other shops do.

I’ve used them for two services including my Mercedes Benz S550. When other places want to charge ridiculous prices, Tire Monkey charged a fair rate, did great work, and I’d recommend them to anyone needing regular maintenance or mechanical repairs on their car!

I had my car towed to tire monkey with a timing chain issue . It turned out to be than just that issue . It took some time to figure it out but they got my vehicle going . I appreciate that they did everything they could to get my car going again and didn’t give up . As I can’t get into a car payment getting a new car right now .

I said, "I need brakes and tires asap, when can you get me in?" They said, "When do you want it done?" I had my car back within the day. We have had other minor stuff done there in the past and always fast and efficient with quality work. We have decided this is our local mechanic for trustworthy and honest value.
